As of Spring 2020, I have been asked to join Mark Hamel and Jahn Ballard in the creation of a forthcoming book on the theme of Lean Management Strategy Implementation. Building on the consulting projects by Hamel and Ballard along with our foundation for aligning senior management revealed in the 2017 book Mastering Leadership Alignment: Linking Value Creation to Cash Flow, we will unfold systematic methods for dramatically improving operating cash flow while streamlining business processes. Expected publication in 2021 with Productivity Press.
